Abstract

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: A framework of analysis in order to analyse hybrid supply processes operating in an emerging market context is presented. A case study approach, based on abductive reasoning, is used with data collected through process mapping and interviews. The findings are that, under hypercompetitive conditions, the alignment between strategic and tactical sourcing strategies is a result of an integrative process of differentiated advantages that local suppliers can provide. Finally, it provides a detailed analysis of how supply networks and local conditions interact, about which only a small number of studies have been published.
